Shipping
All orders will be shipped in 10- 15 business days.  The amount charged will be a basic shipping amount that you will be able to view before you check out.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only.  Your ordered item(s) comes packaged with a packing slip.  Exchanges must be in NEW condition with all original packaging.  The exchange must be received by Hedy's Creations within 20 business days of the original ship date.  Please contact customerservice@hedyscreations.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a "ship-to address" for the exchange.  Note the RA number and the name of a product item from the matching category (i.e., My Gooling Package) on the packing slip.  Then simply mail in the item(s) with the packing slip filled out to the "ship-to address".  As soon as we receive your exchange, we will send you the matching category product selected by you from our website (hedyscreations.com) and noted on the packing slip.  RA numbers are void after 30 calendar days.
